Creating Your Website Account
You must first create a Web Creator account before you can create a
website using Web Creator. So let's go through the steps of creating
an account.
Your
ISP probably has an area on their website called "Member Services".
Many ISPs have a link in the utmost upper right hand corner of their
home page. It might look something like the graphic to the right.
When you have found the link, go to the "Member Services" area.
Once you are at your ISP's "Member Services" area, look for a link
that says something like "Create Your Website" as shown in the
graphic to the right. Click this link.
You will be taken to a plain white page that says "New User
Creation" and includes a form for creating your new Web Creator
account. Each customer can create only one
website account. Here are the steps to completing the form
and creating your Web Creator account:

Choose a Login: In choosing your login name, keep in mind
it will be part of the address for your website. For example, if
you choose the login name of "viper"
the address for you website will be something like
http://home.ispdomain.com/viper.
You can use just about any name that is not already in use but
it must be one word with no spaces.

Your Email Address: You must enter your "primary" email
address assigned to you by your ISP. Secondary emails will not
work.

Your Email Password: Enter the password you use for the
primary email address you entered in the previous step. (What
you enter in steps 2 & 3 determines whether or not you are
eligible to use Web Creator.)

Country: Enter the country in which you live. The default
is USA. If you live in the USA, you can
skip this step.

Community: You can skip this step as there is only one
choice at this point in time.

What your site is about: This is a descriptive field that
may be picked up by search engines. It is your choice whether or
not to type something here.

Create New Account: Assuming all the fields of the form
are complete, simple click the "Create New Account" button at
the bottom of the form. It takes a few seconds to create your
account so be patient and do NOT click the "Create New Account"
button more than once.

Account Setup - DONE: Once your account has been created,
it will take you to a new page that says "Account Setup - Done".
On this page you will also see the address of where your website
will be located. Of course, there is not anything there yet as
you have not created anything but your account.

Check Your Email: Once your account has been created, an
email is sent to you within seconds at the email address you
used when creating the Web Creator account. This email includes
all of the information you will need to set up your Web Creator
website including the password we assigned
to you. Please know that you can change your password once you
login for the first time. Should you not receive this
email in a very timely manner, check your anti-spam software to
see if it is holding it. The email will come from "Admin
[robot@qostar.com]" with the subject title "username
ACCOUNT CREATED!".
